This course follows on from the Certificate in Travel and Tourism Operations and focusses on the skills and knowledge required in making and processing international travel arrangements that meet customer needs.  The qualification also recognises the skills involved in communicating with, making sales and marketing tourism and travel products to, customers and prospective customers.  This includes knowledge of international tourism destinations such as Singapore and Indonesia as well as exciting tour options such as international cruises and overland safari travel!

There are 65 credits in this qualification which are made up from a variety of unit standards of which the majority is at level 4 and the remainder are at level 3.  

NOTE: It is recommended that the Certificate in Tourism Operations and the Certificate in Travel and Tourism Operations is completed first.
