This Diploma is well suited to those who want to become a flight attendant, supervisor or senior customer service agent in the airline, travel and
tourism field.  There is a mixture of practical flight attending skills, and aviation, as well as studying human resource management, customer service
strategies, staff supervision and other relevant topics based around tourism.

To complete this Diploma you will study for three semesters.  In each 12 week semester you will study two courses.

• International Flight Attending (Part 1)
• International Flight Attending (Part 2)
