All course costs include:

  • GST (Government Goods and Services Tax)
  • NZQA registration and credit fees
  • All tuition, workbooks, manuals, and resources
  • All outside visits, and domestic educational field trips

All course costs exclude:

  • Personal stationery
  • NZQA and IATA/UFTAA certificates.
  • NZQA $15.00 per certificate (maximum of 5)
  • IATA/UFTA Foundation Diploma $290.00 per certificate (maximum of 1)
  • Resit fee for IATA Unit Std 18218 - $30.00 per resit
  • Lost, destroyed or stolen workbooks: $10.00 per workbook.
  • Uniform costs unless on Diploma.  As per below
  • Online Programme for all Flight Attendant courses estimated at NZD$400.00.
  • Domestic educational field trip
    -  Transport to and from the airport/transport station on all education fiels trips
    -  All meals and drinks
    -  Items of a personal nature
  • All bank fees incurred by us 
Diploma additional course costs breakdown:
The approximate $700 additional cost includes Uniform Costs ( 3 Shirts, Jacket, Skirt or Pants and Scarf for Flight Attending) and
Domestic field trip (approved by the campus Manager). Note this cost does not include any additional textbooks needed for the
Diploma course and will need to be purchased separately.


Optional International field trip on Advanced Travel Courses

The educational includes international flights, accommodation, airport transfers, hotel
inspections, and possible sightseeing depending on destination. Estimated extra cost of NZD$1000.00
Excludes departure taxes, meals and insurance and domestic fares if flights depart from a city other than where the campus is located.

Due to Government regulations any overseas field trip cannot be paid for using a student loan or allowance.
Students will need to raise finance for these trips themselves.

The cost for any educational depends on where you go and the activities you experience. We would
recommend you have at least NZD$50.00 - NZD$100.00 per day for your educationals.
